At Shutt Velo Rapide, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance cycling gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and have not been worn during a ride.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
